Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining client relationship and troubleshooting specific client’s logistics related problems
Main Accountabilities:
• Meet personal sales target as established across the full line of services • Prepare sales presentation, quotation and contracts; to be reviewed by Superior • Plan, establish and maintain strong relationship management with existing clients • Understand clients need and identify profitable sales opportunities • Monitor competitor activities and market movements; and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies • Collaborate internally in regards with the completion of the sales deal and service delivery
Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor degree (S1), preferably in Management or Business • Having at least 2 years sales experience working in freight forwarding business and/or logistics industry • Must have a strong analytical skill to solve problem and grasp potential opportunities • Ability to work independently and have initiative • Good communication and relationship management skill • English is a must
